How I organize my life

How I Organize My Life
From a very young age, I’ve always had the value of sport deeply ingrained in me. It wasn’t something I discovered later in life, it was simply part of my environment growing up. Over time, it has evolved into something much more meaningful than just a habit. Today, it plays a fundamental role in my life.
Sport gives me mental clarity. It helps me reset, stay focused, and maintain a sense of balance. But beyond that, it also makes me feel significantly better physically. It’s one of those rare things that improves both your mind and body at the same time, and for me, that combination is non-negotiable.
That said, I’ve also learned something important along the way: everyone is different.
Each person has their own rhythm, their own timing, and their own life stage. Because of that, I believe that organizing your life isn’t about following a perfect system, but about being brutally honest with yourself. It’s about knowing the difference between laziness and the need for a real pause. Those are not the same thing, even if they sometimes feel similar.
One thing I value a lot about myself is that I don’t negotiate with my commitments. If I set a plan, I stick to it. That discipline has become a key part of how I function day to day. Over time, I’ve understood that there is time for everything, and that consistency is far more powerful than occasional bursts of effort. Every small step you take daily might feel insignificant, but in the long run, it becomes something huge.
My days usually start with a good breakfast :) because if I don’t eat properly, there’s no way I’m functioning at full speed. After that, I structure my day around three main pillars: work, meals, and sleep. Once those are in place, I look at the remaining time and fill it with training, leisure, and learning.
I also make sure to take two full rest days from sport every week. Rest is just as important as training. It’s part of the system, not an exception to it.
I organize all of this first from a weekly perspective, getting a general overview of how my time is distributed. Then, every night, I plan the following day in detail. This allows me to anticipate tasks, adapt to unexpected changes, and stay ahead of any potential disruptions.
This system works for me, but more importantly, it gives me peace of mind. It helps me keep my head where it needs to be, without unnecessary stress or mental clutter.
At the end of the day, organizing my life is not about control, it’s about clarity.
